14-day returns
If you're not happy with your Aleaf lamp, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all included accessories (lamp, magnetic base, USB-C cable).
How to start a return
Email aleaflamym@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send anything back before hearing from us; unrequested returns can't be processed.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, we cover it, or we simply send a free replacement, whichever you prefer.
Damaged or defective items
If your lamp arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days of delivery, send us a photo or short video and we'll ship a replacement at no cost. No need to return the original.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll approve the refund within 3 business days. The money goes back to your original payment method; banks and card issuers typically take 5–10 business days to post it.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of placing your order. After that the order is usually already being packed and may not be cancellable, but you can still return it once it arrives.
Not eligible for return
Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts or packaging.
