30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If your Aleaf lamp doesn't earn its spot on your wall, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it for a full refund of the purchase price.

How to start a return Email aleaflamym@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us.

Conditions

• Return the lamp with the magnetic base and USB-C cable, in a condition that allows it to be resold. Normal signs of testing are fine.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover it.
• Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Damaged or defective on arrival Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement at no cost or refund you in full, your choice. No need to return the damaged unit.

Exchanges We sell one product, so exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order.
