Terms of service
1. About these terms These terms apply to every purchase made on aleaf.ca ("the store", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't order.
2. Who we sell to The store sells and ships to addresses in Canada only. You must be at least 18, or ordering with the permission of a parent or guardian.
3. Product We sell the Aleaf Magnetic Wall Lamp. Images on the site are representative; minor variations in colour or finish can occur between production batches. The lamp is for indoor use only and is not a toy.
4. Prices and payment All prices are in Canadian dollars and include shipping. Applicable Canadian sales taxes are added at checkout based on your province. Payment is taken in full when you place the order through Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
5. Orders An order is accepted when you receive the confirmation email. We can cancel an order before it ships for reasons such as a pricing error, suspected fraud, or the item being unavailable; if that happens you'll be refunded in full. To cancel yourself, email us before the shipping confirmation goes out.
6. Shipping Delivery is 7–12 business days after dispatch. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
7. Returns and refunds You have 30 days from delivery to return the product for a full refund. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
8. Warranty and limits If the lamp is defective within 30 days of delivery, we replace it or refund you. Beyond that, we're not liable for indirect losses (for example damage to walls or surfaces from incorrect mounting, or losses from a battery running out). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Canadian consumer protection law.
9. Use of the site You may not misuse the site, scrape it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use our content or images for commercial purposes without permission.
10. Privacy How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes We can update these terms at any time. The version on the site when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
12. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province where the goods are delivered.
