Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within Canada only. Orders placed with a shipping address outside Canada will be cancelled and refunded in full.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every order.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive an order confirmation email right away, and a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 7–10 business days after processing. Remote and northern regions may take a few days longer. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, and holiday volume.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Tracking can take 2–4 days to update after the package leaves the warehouse. If it hasn't moved in over 7 days, contact us and we'll look into it.
Address changes
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can update it within 12 hours of ordering; after that the package may already be in transit.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking says delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbours and your building's mail area, then contact us within 7 days. If your item arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement.
